Digital Service
HookRay is a digital service. Because access to the Service is granted immediately upon payment, subscriptions are generally non-refundable.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free plan. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Refund Exceptions
We may issue a refund at our discretion in the following cases:
- Billing errors: You were charged incorrectly or charged multiple times for the same period.
- Service outages: The Service experienced significant downtime that materially impacted your ability to use the paid features during your billing period.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email hello@hookray.com with your account email and a brief description of the issue. Please include any relevant details such as transaction IDs or screenshots.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
